Rules of the event:

1. The event will be having group participation.
2. Team Size is restricted to 02 participants.
3. The time duation will be given of 45 minutes wherein participated teams have to work on the given definition / problem statement to achieve the output by using Jython (Java & Python) libraries enabling in Eclipse IDE.
4. Participants will have to perform the allcoated task on the given machine. The Machine will be allcoated at the day of the event.
5. The announcement of the winners will be as per the final decision of the event judges and organising committee.

Tickle your mind is an event in which participants will propose unique solutions towards various issues on Computational Intelligence. The students will need to identify a problem based on the theme and propose a solution for the mentioned issue. The students will be evaluated based on the proposed solution and will be shortlisted for finale round. The finale round will comprise of proposing architecture/working model based on the given problem. The idea should be an amalgam of the creativity and innovation which can be turned into a working model.

Rules of the event:

1. Time Duration: The event will last 1 hour.
2. Team Composition: Each team will consist of two participants from the same college.
3. Programming Language: The event will be conducted in C/C++/Java/Python/JS Programming Language.
4. Task: Participants will be given a coding problem. They must write a correct and functional solution in the minimum number of lines possible.
5. Evaluation Criteria:
• Correctness: The solution must produce the expected output for all test cases.
• Conciseness: Fewer lines of code will be favored, provided correctness is maintained.
• Readability: Code must be understandable and not use unnecessary tricks that make it unreadable.
6. Tiebreaker: In case of a tie, the team that submits the correct solution first will be given preference.
7. No Internet Access: Participants are not allowed to use the internet during the event.

A Fun filled brain activity where participants has to prove their knowledge of coding and problem solving
skills while trying to solve a problem in prescribed time. Contestants would be given a clearly defined
programming puzzle, the solution of which should be offered by the contestants using the concepts of Java.

Rules of the event:

1. General Rules: Team Composition: Each team must consist of two members. No substitutions are allowed once the competition begins. Code Continuation: One team member will start coding, and after a specified time, the second team member will take over and continue working on the same code. Switching Mechanism: The transition between members will be based on a predefined time limit set by the organizers. The first coder must leave the workstation when the time ends. The second coder is not allowed to communicate verbally or in writing with the first coder about the approach used. Time Limit: The total duration of the contest and individual switching times will be announced before the event.
2. Coding Rules: Programming Language: Participants can use any approved programming languages specified by the event organizers (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, etc.). Problem Statement: The problem statement will be provided at the beginning of the event. Participants must develop a solution within the given time frame. Code Integrity: The second coder cannot erase or rewrite the entire code but must continue from where the first coder left off. Only logical extensions, debugging, and optimizations are allowed. 3. Evaluation Criteria: Correctness: The final code must provide the correct output as per the given problem statement. Efficiency: Solutions will be evaluated based on time complexity and optimization. Code Readability: Proper indentation, meaningful variable names, and comments will be considered in judging. Penalty for Errors: If the code does not compile or contains major errors, points will be deducted. If the second coder completely rewrites the initial code, it will result in disqualification.
4. Disqualification Criteria: Violation of Communication Rules: Any form of direct or indirect communication between team members during the switch will result in immediate disqualification. Plagiarism: Copying from other teams or any unauthorized source is strictly prohibited. Exceeding Time Limits: Failing to adhere to the time constraints may result in penalties or disqualification. Winner Selection: The team with the most efficient and correct solution in the given time frame will be declared the winner. Cipher Hunt is an exciting challenge where teams work together to decode hidden messages using cipher algorithms. Participants must unravel a series of encrypted clues that lead them to the final destination. The hunt tests logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork under time pressure. The first team to successfully decipher all clues and reach the final location wins.

Rules of the event:

1. Team size must be 2
2. No use of mobile phones or external help
3. Clues cannot be skipped
4. Participants work in teams to decode hidden messages using a cipher algorithm.
5. The team that deciphers all clues first and reaches the final location wins
6. The event will have a fixed time limit ( 60 minutes)

Rules of the event:

1. Idea Presentation will be conducted in 2 Rounds – Preliminary Round (subject to number of entries) and Final Round.
2. For Preliminary Round – The students will need to identify a model based on the theme. The students will be evaluated based on the proposed model and its relevance according to the theme and will be shortlisted for final round.
3. The proposed model should be innovative, creative, and not presented earlier by someone else.
4. Participants will present themselves using their developed prototype based on their idea/solution.
5. Team size is maximum of 5 and minimum of 1.
6. Judge’s decision is final and bounded to all participants.
7. The Preliminary round will be conducted online on 17th March 2025.
8. For Final Round, shortlisted students need to propose an architecture followed by working model or prototype for the same and present themselves on 18th March 2025. The working model may contain wireframes, IOT based solutions or any technology.
9. Maximum presentation time will 15 minutes. (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A).

1. Time Duration will be 1 hour.

3. The poster should be visually appealing, informative, and relevant to the theme.
4. Posters must be printed or Handmade and brought in a physical format for display.
5. The recommended poster size is 48 inches (width) × 36 inches (height) (4 ft × 3 ft).
6. Content should be original and well-researched. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
7. The judging criteria will be based on creativity, clarity, relevance, and presentation skills.

9. In case of a tie, judges’ decision will be final.

Rules of the event:

1. A team will consist of two participants representing same college and pursuing master degree.
2. Any number of teams can register from same college.
3. The quiz will be conducted at the campus in two Phases, the first phase will be the Elimination Round and the another will be the Final Quiz.
4. The first phase Elimination Round is of 20 minutes which consist objective questions and will be conducted on the same day of event. Both participants are supposed to appear for elimination round individually.
5. Top four scoring teams of the elimination round will move forward to the final round.
6. The detailing of the final round of quiz will be given during the quiz itself.
7. The decision of the quiz master will be final.

1. Participants must select one of the specified domains for developing a functional application.
2. Each team is required to conduct a thorough analysis of the identified problem within their chosen domain.
3. A preliminary round will be conducted either online or offline between March 10 – March 14, involving presentations and/or demonstrations. Shortlisted teams will advance to the final round, with the specific date and time to be announced later.
4. The final round is scheduled for March 17, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this stage, teams must present their ideas, demonstrate their working application/model, and implement modifications as instructed by the judges.The final round will be offline only at GLS University, Ahmedabad.
5. If a hardware kit is essential for the implementation of the proposed solution, teams must bring their own hardware kit and laptop at every stage of the competition.
6. Each team can consist of a maximum of four members, and the presence of all team members is mandatory.
7. All team members must be from the same institution.
8. Team registration must include the names of all members at the time of submission.
9. No changes to team composition will be permitted after registration.
